WHAT IS AN INTEGRATED CARE PARTNERSHIP?

Within BLMK, the Integrated Care Partnership is a joint Committee of the Integrated Care Board (ICB) and the four local Councils and is called the BLMK Health and Care Partnership. It is chaired by a local authority elected member, Cllr Tracey Stock and the vice-chair is Rima Makarem, the BLMK integrated care board (ICB) Chair. The Health and Care Partnership has core members from NHS organisations, councils, GPs, Healthwatch and voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations.

The VCSE representative on the ICP is Sonal Mehta, VCSE Partnership Lead, BLMK ICB.

The Health and Care Partnership is responsible for the development and agreement of the Integrated Care Strategy for Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes.
